  1. The visa fee will be non-refundable if it is submitted to the embassy. Visa approval is totally depends on the embassy, so we will not take any guarantee. However, you’ll get an expiation on why your visa got rejected.
  2. We can end our agreement with you under some circumstances. The following are some circumstances-
  • Issues related to some serious accidents and illness of our employees.
  • We will try to arrange a new agent for you in case the termination will be ended by us.
  • The time duration of the process of application is not in our hands nor do we control the embassy.
  • You may need to pay extra if you want to get a Dubai visa in 24 hours.
  • If the embassy rejects your application and the process gets delayed then it is not our responsibility.
  • No refunds can be made if the application takes more processing time. Normally, the application takes 3-5 days in processing.
  • Dubai embassy remains closed on Friday and Saturday of every week.
  • For any kind of rejection and delay in a client's visa process then we are not responsible.
